What is this service?

HOPELINEUK - a free, confidential, non-judgemental space to talk openly about your thoughts of suicide with our trained advisers. We work with young people, concerned others and professionals via phone, text, email and webchat, every day.

Help and Advice Resources - From coping techniques to conversation starters, distraction techniques and dealing with anxiety, we have a broad range of help and advice resources for you to download.
